Piccolo Mondo Italian Restaurant Amsterdam

Situated in a busy street in Amsterdam in a very luxurious restaurant called Piccolo Mondo on Geldersekade street number 93 a short walk from Central Station. From the outside the warm and inviting look makes you want to come in a sit with a glass of wine but once inside the smells or rich Italian food makes you want to stay for a hot meal.

Reasonable price my meal for one came to just under 20 euros for a main course and a glass of wine, this is a great price to pay in central Amsterdam. The staff were polite and accommodated me as a solo traveler well, making me feel welcomed and happy to be there.

The food was served quickly and was hot, it was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing, the rich flavors were spot on and the meal was just the right size. I had a small Prosecco as well which was served in a mini cooler to keep it fresh and cold which was a lovely added touch.

I can't fault this restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Amsterdam.
